Today, i'm taking my cues from my son.
At the hospital, when he was groggy, hooked up to oxygen & an iv, throat still raspy from a breathing tube, the nurse came in & gently asked him, "How are you feeling, sweetheart?"
He tried to sit up & said, "i happy".
Today, we're all home, recovering - i had a good sleep & my body feels less like it's gonna shatter. i have a house to clean, children to teach and meals to cook.
i happy too.

So glad things are starting to look normal again for you! sigh what a scare!
Paige- so glad you & Gagey are OK. You know we've been down that scary road of a sudden incarcerated hernia too, Eli's reduced (miraculously)so they did surgery a few days later. No fun! Bless you as you both rest & heal in every way.

that makes me fall in love with gagey al over again. what a sweet angel. I remember Uly trying to get back up after his surgery, too... so confused that things weren't working properly. Hope you both get another good night's sleep and start feeling normal again. So glad he's okay, paige... he is precious
